Here are all you need to know to make sure the parcels are collected and delivered in time for Christmas.
This is the busiest time of year for all courier networks, but every one of them wants to deliver your goods on time. Follow our advice and give them plenty of notice for collection and delivery.
Not only are courier networks overloaded with a much larger number of parcels than they would normally process, bad weather and more traffic on the roads makes their job even harder at Christmas time.
Our custom made items has to be went though different production processes, e.g. photo editing, customer preview approval, production and quality control. Product quality is really important to us, some of the items may need to re-produce if not meeting our quality standard.
(We will move your order to the production stage directly if the preview approval email is being ignored by two days)
Please consider that custom made item is more difficult to maintain the product quality, it is affected by the submitted photo, the pose of your pet etc. We may also need to request more photo from customers in order to obtain the best result. All these processes may postpone the production time.
Without any production delay, here is the Christmas delivery cut off. Please bare in mind that no courier service is guaranteed.
For standard shipping order, we advise you place an order no later than 22nd November 2018.
For express shipping order, we advise you place an order no later than 1st December 2018.
During the Christmas period, we will try our best to boost up the production time. the courier delivery time is estimated information and it can be affected by various incidents - seasonal overwhelming amount, custom issue, weather etc. All these courier related issues are out of our control.
If you want to 100% guarantees the items are delivered before Christmas, please place an order with express shipping before 28th November.
